I picked up a shoe to try on and continued to walk around, still no one came to help. There were several (probably 5-8) employees available, but not one ever asked if I needed help. I was greeted by one employee when I first walked in, and I began to look around. I went into Nike to buy some casual & running shoes. Original: Great store with some unique options. I will be back and happy the service has improved! Several of the employees came up to talk with me and offered to help. Everyone was welcoming and engaging the entire time. I updated the original review, because I went into Nike yesterday and the experience was completely different. I personally will not buy anything else from here as I travel, and my schedule does not allow for me to ensure I can return or exchange every item within 14-days. In short, if you are going to shop at this store, they have really cool stuff, but you better make sure that whatever you get fits perfect before you leave and double check the size if you were trying on multiple sizes. It is definitely my fault for not double checking to make sure they put the correct size in the bag during the exchange visit. They told me they would not be able to exchange the shoes for the correct size and since I was outside of the “return window” they would not exchange them for anything including a store credit. I tried a few more times and finally got a hold of a person. I called the store to tell them and left a voicemail but did not receive a return call. About 30-45 days later I wanted to wear them and realized they gave me the size 6 and not the 7. I never checked to make sure they gave me the correct size and put them in my closet. I did find another pair of shoes while in the store for the exchange and tried them on in two sizes (6 & 7). Regardless of when you buy from this company you will not be able to return for anything other than store credit they do not issue refunds.
In April I purchased a pair of Golden Goose Sneakers from this location and they were terribly uncomfortable, so I returned them for a different style within the 14-day return window.
